Samira Abdulrahim is a dedicated professional currently serving as the Executive Director of the Africans Daycare Association of Washington (ADAWA). With a background as an early learning teacher at Mighty Kidz, Samira brings a wealth of experience in fostering the development and well-being of young children. Ramla Omar is the President and Founder of ADawa. She is a small business owner and has successfully managed Ramila Childcare for over 15 years. Ramla holds a Diploma in Childhood Early Learning and continues to pursue further studies in the field. Currently married, she is the proud mother of seven children. Ramla finds joy in reading, writing, and cooking. She resides in Renton, WA.
